Pancake Breakfast

What's the best thing to do on a hurricane day before the power goes out?  Make pancakes!!  We had our first family pancake breakfast today.  I made wheat germ pancakes, Baba ate his with syrup while I and Levent had strawberry applesauce.  Lev enjoyed dipping the pancake pieces in the cup of applesauce and eating with his fork.
