So much happens in a month

Dede and Ba'anne left yesterday for home after nearly a month with us.  In that month, Levent went through so much.  Lots of tantrums, his first tummy sickness, Anne's tummy sickness, Dede's tummy sickness, Ba'anne's tummy sickness, and of course Baba's tummy sickness too.  Share and share alike.  He also learned some new games and had a massive language explosion--in both Turkish and English.  He now says dozens of new Turkish words and clearly understands who is speaking which language.  He routinely translates, saying "araba, car" while holding his little truck.  He is also now saying 3 word sentences and referring to himself by name.  He can say "Levent fell down" or "Baba came home."   He is also making great progress in potty training.  We bought him his first undies (really pull-on cloth diapers) and he gets so excited about them--yells "undies, undies!"   Below is a smorgasbord of pictures from the past weeks.  Enjoy!
