July 4th Weekend

The Bicer family had a big weekend.  Last year at this time, Anne was weeks away from giving birth and hippo-gantic.  Baba force marched her though the streets of Marblehead in search craft fair treasures.  In the midst of the hideous heat and more hideous traffic, they found a church holding a lobster roll and watermelon fundraiser.  No food has ever tasted better.  So this year, Anne insisted that the family get lobster rolls, in hopes of making it an annual tradition.  Lev will have to wait until next year to partake.

Before getting the rolls, from James Hook in South Boston, Lev visited the Children's Museum for the first time ever.  There's an area for young children that has a water bed.  He spent a lot of time wobbling around in it, getting stuck, and exhausting himself trying to climb out.

He was the friendliest baby in the space and the most active.  (Parents are required to use superlatives when speaking of their children)

Afterward the family came back home and horsed around.

On Monday, the party raged in the Bicer backyard.  The Pytels, the Das Wermes, with children, and Jenny ate burgers and dogs in the backyard.

The pool was open and was a big hit will all.  So was the beer.

Happy Fourth of July!!
